The University of Melbourne - International Postgraduate Coursework Awards (IPCA)
Each year the University awards around 17 IPCAs to high achieving international students undertaking a postgraduate coursework program1. IPCAs are funded by the University of Melbourne.
Benefits
IPCAs cover between 25% to 100% of tuition fees for the duration of the course. IPCAs do not provide overseas health cover.
Eligibility criteria
To be considered for an IPCA, applicants need to have an unconditional course offer in one of the postgraduate coursework programs listed below.

Doctorate by coursework in the faculty of
1) Music
Masters by coursework in the faculties of:
1) Architecture, Building and Planning; 2) Economics and Commerce; 3) Education; 4) Engineering; 5) Land and Food Resources; 6) Law; 7) Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences; 8) Music
Postgraduate diploma in the faculties of:
1) Education; 2) Land and Food Resources; 3) Law
Closing date
Normally, an IPCA will only be awarded to an eligible applicant who applies for a place in one of the eligible courses on or before October 31st.
