School for International Training (SIT), established in 1964 to answer a growing demand for expertise in language and intercultural training, is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges, Inc.
The Scholarships
About one-third of those who seek scholarships from SIT Study Abroad receive financial assistance to participate in their programs. Awards generally range from $500 to $5,000. Awards are made on consideration of both merit and need. In addition, they use their scholarship funds to ensure that a diverse group of students can participate from all regions in the U.S. - and abroad - and from a variety of colleges and universities.
